Tons of pieces and colors to choose from, with knowledgable, friendly staff who are happy to show you new techniques. Lots of special events and discounted nights, including Diva Nights, Movie Nights, and Family Nights. A perfect girls' night out is also a great rainy day activity with the kids. (Also - I happen to LOVE the eclectic, upbeat music that the studio plays.)

The Tortilla Press is one of our go-to restaurants when introducing adult friends to the culinary wonders of Collingswood. The fish tacos, ceviche, chipotle peanut BBQ pork, chilaquiles, shrimp fajitas, and rainbow shrimp are among our favorites. Very affordable - GO FOR BRUNCH!!!

This is the largest and most varied LYS I've found in the South Jersey area and even has evening hours to accomodate post-bad-work-day yarn binges. Woolbearers has monthly Knit Nights (first Friday of every month, starting at 6 PM), lots of classes in knitting, spinning, and weaving, and a huge assortment of popular AND independent yarns.
